PRICES & CHARGES

Prices quoted include VAT. Special charges are added for carriage, payment against invoice and unclaimed packages.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

To safeguard your interests as a customer, we apply the provisions of the Spanish “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias” to all purchase agreements. When you place your order, we send an order confirmation; the purchase agreement comes into force when you have received this confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order; this may be because we do not have the product in stock or we have been unable to reserve the money from your credit card. If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you. Santissimx does not conclude agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the legal guardian's approval.

In the event of any errors in stock status or price, Santissimx reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. All photographic information must be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to represent the precise appearance of the product. PRICE & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We constantly strive to have as correct product information as possible to ensure that you are stisfied with your purchase. However sometimes the stock levels are not correct (especially at Sale periods) and we then reserve the right to cancel those articles. You will of course be notified by email.

We’re proud of our designs and have carefully chosen each colour. We have worked hard to ensure that the colours of our clothing and products are displayed accurately on our site, however, as displays can vary from screen to screen, we can’t guarantee that your screen will display any colour with 100% accuracy.

COMPLAINTS

If a product has been shipped incorrectly or is faulty, Santissimx will naturally pay for the return postage. Santissimx complies with the Spanish Consumer Purchases Act and refers to the Spanish National Board for Consumer Complaints and Spanish law in the event of any dispute.

DELIVERY

You will receive your goods within 3-5 working days of our receipt of your order. The delivery time for certain products may be slightly longer during the peak season or in the event of high volumes. We make reservation for goods being sold out and for any errors in price that may occur. In such instances Santissimx will contact you to find out how you wish to proceed with your order. Be sure to fill in the correct address, if you would like to change the delivery address after the order is registered you will be charged a fee of €15. Packages that are not claimed within 14 days are returned to Santissimx. If this happens, a charge of €15 is made for an unclaimed package. This corresponds to the costs we have incurred in dispatching the package and receiving it by return post. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS

It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase, you therefore have 14 days (right to return) from the date you receive the goods. You have the right to open the package and check that the product works. You as a consumer are however responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from the handling of the products beyond what is required to determine the nature, characteristics and function. Note that the right of return does not apply to lingerie and beachwear. Due to the product's potential value reduction, we recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging and label remain in the garment.

For bulky pakages that require home delivery (orders over 20kg) you should contact webshop@santissimx.com  and we will help you with your return. Please note that products can't be used and should be sent back in their original packaging for full refund. If the product is assembled or used we will make a 20% price reduction when we refund.

TRANSPORT GUARANTEE

All deliveries are insured by Santissimx. If the package is damaged before you open it, you must report this to the collection point. If you have already opened the package when you discover the damage, use the return slip that came with the package; damaged goods are replaced free of charge by Santissimx. In such instances it is important that you return the product within 14 days.

PAYMENT

If payment is made by card, Santissimx reserves the right to check the card's validity, that there is cover for the purchase price and the buyer's address details. Santissimx reserves the right to refuse a purchase.

AGE LIMIT

By law, Santissimx is unable to sell to people under the age of 18.

REUSE

• Textile: Feel free to donate to charity organisations or give it away.

RECYCLING

• Textile: Sort as combustible waste.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, for example amended legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flooding, natural disasters or similar, Santissimx obligations to fulfil the purchase agreement are deferred until these circumstances have been resolved. If such a delay takes longer than two months, both you and Santissimx have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
